Leh, Ladakh.

Two girls make their way back from school toward the subsidized housing development where many of the town’s newest residents make their homes. Leh’s population has skyrocketed in the last decade, and in an effort to accommodate the growth, the Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council has funded several blocks of simple housing.
